Important information for customers
Due to the unprecedented market demand caused by COVID-19, we are experiencing product shortages and supply constraints on the following products.
- PPE including face masks, eye protection, gloves, gowns and aprons
- Hand sanitiser and hand wash
- Cleaning products including detergents, disinfectants and surface wipes
- Paper and washroom products
- Thermometers including some probe covers
Due to the range of stock constraints, we are experiencing an extraordinarily large amount of backorders. Unfortunately, it is no longer viable for us to process backorders with no additional charges. Moving forward, we will be introducing a $7.50+gst charge to cover additional handling costs. This is a temporary measure which we anticipate will be removed once stock supply returns to normal. We apologise for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding of this change.
Please also note that any purchases made to hold additional stock/buying up, will not be refunded due to excess stock.
We are currently operating at full capacity with some minor delays due to a significant increase to volumes of orders and customer enquiries, our courier partners are also experiencing an increase in freight volumes. We are still anticipating all orders to be delivered within 1-4 business days.

All of our warehouses are fully operational with additional assistance from other departments to assist with the increased volume of orders.

As COVID-19 is an ever-changing event with many uncertainties, our senior management BP are meeting daily. This is to ensure we are actively implementing the correct measures to protect our staff and ensure continuity of service for our customers. We will continue to follow government directives and health experts' advice in our decision making.
