BP Medical despatches orders Monday and Friday from our Warehouses in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth. Transit times vary, typically 1-3 business days for metro areas.
The below shipping terms are excluded for orders that contain bulk or freight items, or addresses that are outside metropolitan areas as defined by our courier companies.

• Delivery is free for eligible standard orders over $250 (excl. GST)
• A handling charge of $15.00 + GST will be charged for orders under $250 (excl. GST)
• Cold chain deliveries are free for orders over $500 worth of cold chain products (excl. GST)
• A handling charge of $25.00 + GST will be charged for orders under $500 (excl. GST)
• Large item freight charges apply for heavy, large or sensitive items (i.e. furniture, autoclaves, equipment, bulky products)
