How do I place an order?

First you must have an active account with BP Medical (BP Medical Account Application Form). Once you have an active account you can request online access. Upon approval of online access, you will be issued with login details that must be entered on the website in order to access the online catalogue and ordering facility. As you find the items you require, click on the order icon and the product will be added to your shopping cart.

Once you have finished shopping, simply click on your cart, check your order and do any necessary editing, then follow the prompts to complete your order. The order total will be charged to your existing BP Medical account.

Does BP Medical provide a Delivery Service?

Yes - BP Medical is able to provide an efficient delivery service employing it's own personnel with its own fleet of delivery vans.

Metro Area

Utilising its own fleet means BP Medical can offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over $100 within the Perth Metropolitan area. BP Medical reserves the right to charge a small order fee for orders less than $100 in value.

Country WA

Orders for rural West Australian customers will be sent via the customer's choice of external courier at the customer's expense (unless otherwise agreed). Where no external courier has been specified, BP Medical will despatch orders by the most appropriate method and a freight and/or handling charge may apply. The charge will be added to your invoice. Refer also to Terms and Conditions section for further Delivery conditions.

How much do products cost?

The prices of the Products shall be those specified by BP Medical to you and subject to change without notice.

How do I pay for my goods?

The order Total will be charged to your BP Medical account and a statement sent at the end of every month. This statement can be paid by:

When will I receive my goods?

Metro Area

Within the Perth Metropolitan area you will generally receive your goods within 24 to 36 hours of placing your order.

Country WA

Receipt outside the Perth Metropolitan area will be subject to distance and courier frequency but orders will be despatched within 24 to 36 hours of order receipt.

Longer lead times may apply if products are not in stock and have to be backordered.

How do I open an account with BP Medical?

30 day trading accounts are available to approved businesses that require medical consumables or equipment in Western Australia. To open an account with BP Medical you will need to complete an Account Application Form (BP Medical Account Application Form). You will need to provide BP Medical with details about your business including Trade References and, if applicable, details of your Poisons Permit or Doctors Registration.

Upon completion of the application form you should e-mail, fax or mail the form to BP Medical for account consideration and you will be notified within a few days as to whether your application has been accepted or declined. BP Medical reserves the right in its discretion to accept or decline any Account Application. Refer also to Terms and Conditions relating to sale of products.

What is BP Medical’s backorder policy?

BP Medical's backorder policy means that if for whatever reason we cannot immediately supply you with the consumable medical products that you ordered, then those products upon receipt by BP Medical will be forwarded to you Freight Free – regardless of where you reside in West Australia.

Products not of a consumable medical nature are not included in the ‘free delivery' offer, as these items are not always held in stock and occasionally there may be a small delay in receiving these goods from suppliers.

What do I do if I cannot find a product I want on your website?

BP Medical has over 7,500 products in its inventory system but to make it easier for you to place your order we have only placed the highest turnover products on our site. We do pride ourselves on our ability to source any products our customers request and with over 15 years experience in sourcing consumable medical products we generally can source any products our customers want.

If you cannot find an item listed in the BP Medical online catalogue, please add it to your order in the "special instructions" field, or contact Customer Service. If you would like this item added to our online catalogue please contact Customer Service on 9262 7391.

What is your return policy?

BP Medical will accept returns for damaged, faulty or wrong product issued, provided the procedures below are followed:

  • Notification of the Product defect is received by BP Medical within three (3) working days of the customer's receipt of the Products.
  • Please contact Contact Service on (08) 9262 7391 to obtain approval.
  • Products purchased at your request or special order items will not be accepted for return, credit or exchange unless faulty
  • Refrigerated items will not be accepted for return unless BP Medical's QA Cold Chain procedures have been adhered to. Please discuss this with Customer Service
  • Products must be returned in original saleable condition without any markings and packaging intact
  • BP Medical will pay for the return freight on products supplied in error by us. We reserve the right to charge a freight fee for the return of product incorrectly ordered by the customer
  • the products are returned with a copy of the original invoice

A replacement of the damaged, faulty or wrong product will be provided, otherwise a refund of the purchase price in the form of a credit note or credit card adjustment will be made.

Do the Products include GST?

All pricing in our online shop excludes GST. Where applicable, GST will be added to the products at the time of ordering.
